We have an excellent safety record. We are very safety conscious and require all personnel, including subcontractors, to attend safety and protocol training including weekly tool box meetings. Attendance is mandatory and recorded. We work closely with the clients safety/security departments to minimize problems and ensure a safe and secure work area. In order to meet our goal of providing a clean, safe, drug free work environment, we meet and consistently abide by all ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 guidelines.
It is the policy of CMPA, Inc. to provide its employees a safe workplace, free of recognized hazards and to comply with and abide by any and all governmental regulations, laws, orders, and rules pertaining to work safety.
Safety and safe work practices shall take precedence over any other means of work activity.
Any worker who has knowledge of or perceives equipment to be in any way unsafe should immediately bring it to the attention of his immediate supervisor. Any employee who willfully disregards safe work practices commonly recognized in the construction industry or specifically set forth in the employee Safety Program may be subjected to disciplinary action, which could include immediate termination.
